MOVING - Sortof!!

I don't know if anyone even still reads this blog, it's been almost a year since my last post and obviously I don't keep it up. I'm going to be moving all of my personal stuff to my photography blog and I will intermix my blog posts from now on. If you want to keep up with anything going on my in life {that isn't already on social media, I mean let's be real, everything is already posted on there}, you can follow my Photography Blog.

If you want to see my most recent scrapbook layouts, or follow my Creative Team pages, you can find those pages on my Liberty's Layouts Blog, which I do keep updated!!

and just because I'm here making a post, my OLW for 2019 is CALM! Everything needs to be CALM for this year, not like the last 5 have been!!!

S"Crap"Fest

My most amazing, sweet, generous, kind, beautiful friend {I hope you are reading this} Meagan took me to Scrapfest at the Mall of America last weekend.....and it was a little scrap and a little "crap" but we had a GREAT time!!

We left late Thursday evening to drive to her in-laws house {they live about an hour from the mall} and we knew we wanted to get up bright and early Friday and get our Scrap on....we got there about midnight and went straight to bed....we woke up the next morning to this.....It was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!

We left for Mall of America and were SO excited to get our scrappin on...{and meet some famous people}....we started seeing signs as soon as we walked into the mall and I had Meagan snap this one just inside the door....I didn't even look at it, just posted it on Instagram and Facebook! {and that was that}.

Look at is close you might notice that the sign says I'm at "crapfest" and that we are meeting in the "assrooms"....well, my siblings had a GREAT time with this the rest of the day.....every other notification I got was a comment about being at the "crapfest"...I guess I better look at my pictures closer next time. ;) {but maybe not, it was pretty funny}. We joined a few of our friends.....to scrap the day away!! {we were going to stay until midnight for the crop after our classes and the make and takes ended}

We went to our 1pm class and then we went and got some lunch.....right after lunch Meagan said she wasn't feeling good....she was really dizzy and felt like she was going to throw up...so we took our time and she spent some time taking deep breaths....but eventually she said she needed to go home {to her mother-in-laws} Luckily we had driven separate cars, so they prepared to leave...however, she couldn't move her head...so I went and got a security guard who got her a wheelchair {she loved all the attention}. NOT....she was pretty bummed that she wasn't feeling good. They left and I went to our 4pm class to pick up our stuff.

This was the class we wanted to go to...this was Becky Higgins class. We both LOVE her and wanted to meet her so bad. {and get a picture}...my phone was almost dead, so I grabbed her while she was walking down the isle and got a picture before it died. She's adorable!!! I got her to sign my PL card and one for Meagan too!

After class, I drove back to Meagan's mother-in-laws house and was going to scrap all night....but I was tired and only worked on my Project Life book of our house pictures {which is going to be SO cute when it's done}. I got so much done in just a few hours {while Meagan rested on the couch in hopes of feeling much better tomorrow}
We got up the next morning and Meagan was feeling better so we went back to the mall...we went to Archivers first...I was looking at Project Life in the back of the store and I saw that Becky Higgins was right there putting product back on the shelf. I tried not to run, but I quickly got Meagan so she could meet her and get her picture taken with her.

After the pictures we shopped and did some make and takes and I met one of my "blogger" friends Margie. She was super nice and so funny.

My only complaint about the mall is they only had Pepsi....even the McDonald's had Pepsi! I just don't like it as much and I was happy to finally find a Diet Coke at the dollar store!!

It was finally time to leave the mall and go back to Meagan's mother-in-law's house for some cropping! We got this cute picture from Me and My Big Ideas....I love it! Thanks for being my obsessed scrappy friend!

Meagan's mother-in-law's house is BEAUTIFUL...I Loved all the beautiful open land and the warm autumn sun! {I didn't love the dog, he was HUGE and just kept trying to "get" me!

We cropped all night and had a great time being together....I worked on pages for a client and planned what I was going to do with all my "scrapfest" stuff! Look at all that loot!

The next morning we got up early and stopped by Meagan's parents house to say hi to them, we got to see the chickens and get some fresh eggs.

Then we finally got in the car to drive home....it was a beautiful day and we had a great drive home. I took lots of pictures of the beautiful scenery on the drive home and caught this one of me in the mirror! LOVE it!

This is where I want to live!!

Thanks Meagan for such a FUN weekend {sorry you got sick the first day}. Thanks for being such a great friend and for sharing our obsession! I'm so glad that someone understands my crazy scrappy world!! Love ya!
